For refunds on custom orders we require 72 hours notice. Anything less than 72 hours will result in no refund being issued.
Refunds on pre-ordered daily items can be made at any time prior to pick up. Please call the shop you ordered from to cancel your order. If the order was made but not picked up there is a 24 hour window after time of pick up that we can refund the order.
We can not take back any food that has left the premises. If you did not like the item you purchased please let us know within 24 hours and we can issue you a refund or credit. Abuse of this policy will result in no longer offering refunds or credits.
If there is something wrong with the item we would appreciate if you could bring it back so that we can look at it. We will issue a refund and replacement.
