Please  let us know of all food allergens before placing your order! We use  dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts and fruit on shared equipment. We clean and sanitize between projects but the bakery is small and we may be working on several projects at a time.

Pumpkin spice: pumpkin, spices, sugar, corn syrup, salt

Buttercream (swiss meringue style, used on most our layer cakes) frosting: sugar, butter, egg whites, vanilla blend, salt.

American Buttercream: (used on our cookie cakes and by request) powdered sugar, butter, heavy cream, vanilla blend, salt.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Thumbprint: peanut butter, flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla blend, salt.  Raspberry jam (commercial jam contains pectin, no gelatin).

Rainbow Cookie: almond paste, sugar, butter, egg, vanilla blend, food colorings, salt. Chocolate coating contains milk.

Toppings range from curds, whipped creams, chocolates, caramels and more. For specific ingredients beyond these basics please email us. 

Nilla cookie crust: commercially made nilla cookies, butter, sugar, salt. Nilla cookies:  Unbleached Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Folic Acid), Sugar, Soybean and/or Canola Oil, Palm Oil, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Whey (from Milk), Eggs, Salt, Leavening (Baking Soda, Calcium Phosphate), Mono- and Diglycerides, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Soy Lecithin.

Filling: cream cheese, mascarpone, egg, sugar, lemon juice, salt, pumpkin puree, spices. Whipped cream topping: heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla blend, salt. 


Cranberry cheesecake:  homemade gf graham crust: caputo's  gluten free flour blend (Gluten Free Wheat Starch, Dextrose, Corn  Starch, Buckwheat Flour, Rice Starch, Vegetable Fibers, Guar,  Flavorings) butter, honey, milk, sugar, brown sugar, egg, salt. Filling: cream cheese, mascarpone, egg, sugar, lemon juice, salt. Cranberry topping: cranberries, sugar, orange, lemon, ginger, salt.

cocktail mixer instructions

 
 

Our mixers are made to be served with or without alcohol over a full cup of ice or frozen using a blender or ice cream maker.

Keep refrigerated and use within 7-10 days.

Make it a cocktail!
Simply add your preferred alcohol to the first fill line and shake. This is approximately 1.5 ounces of liquor per beverage. If you like a double, fill to the top of the container and leave room to shake. If you like it Betty style, add a splash of water in each cup because she's a lightweight and this is a strong mix!

Serve over a full glass of ice.

Make it frozen!
Using a blender: add booze to fill line, shake, pour approximately half the bottle into a blender. Add 1.5 cups of ice and blend. 


Using an ice cream machine: add booze, shake, pour into machine and spin until frozen.

Pro  tip: you can make slushies ahead of time and freeze them in individual  servings. The alcohol will keep it from freezing solid and they can be  eaten with a spoon like adult water ice!

Make it a mocktail/spritzer!
Fill your cup with ice, fill it half full of mixer and add seltzer and stir lightly.
